  • 1. Where is Port Carling?

    Just a 2 hour drive from Toronto. Port Carling is located on Indian River.
    Nestled between Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau, along Hwy. 118. It is centred between Bracebridge and
    Bala, and has access to the 3 Muskoka Lakes. Because of this Port Carling has been dubbed, "Hub of the
    Lakes”.

  • 2. Where can we park?

    There is good free parking at the Municipal Parking lot behind the Port Carling
    Library 69 Joseph St., next to the Home Hardware store, only a short walk to the boat. The Bridge is 100
    Joseph St, we do not have an office we use this as a land-mark for everyone.

  • 3. How early should we arrive before the cruise?

    We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to
    your cruise, at 100 Joseph St., Port Carling to board the ship.

  • 4. Can we bring our own food and drinks aboard?

    No. Outside food or beverages are NOT permitted
    onboard with exception of baby food and bottled water. We do have a snack bar onboard PEERLESS II, and are fully
    licensed offering a variety of local beers, wines and mix drinks. The snack bar has – pop, water, coffee, tea, muffins,
    chips, sweets, and more.

  • 5. Do you have washrooms on board vessel?

    Yes, we do! For your convenience, we have 2 clean
    washrooms available on the main deck as you board the vessel.

  • 6. Are pets allowed aboard vessel?

    No, pets are not allowed onboard PEERLESS II. We are pet
    lovers also, but the only animals allowed to be onboard are service animals having appropriate
    identification.

  • 7. Do you cruise if it rains?

    We cruise rain or shine. There is plenty of in-door space onboard the ship
    but bring appropriate clothing with you when poor weather is forecast.

  • 8. Do we require a reservation?

    While we do accept walk-ins, reservations are highly recommended.
    Only a limited number of tickets are available for each departure, and most cruises sell out in advance –
    book ahead to avoid disappointment. We require a credit card payment at the time of booking.

  • 9. Do you Privately book Peerless II?

    Yes, we do! Weddings, corporate functions and other celebrations are
